Arun's Pleasanton classes

Jim,
Thank you so much for bringing
Arun to us.
What
a great experience.
I
can't wait to work more with the firming of my legs. When we did
Uttanasana, I felt an effortless rebound through the palms of
my hands, my armpits, center and feet for the first time in that
pose. I have double-jointed knees and elbows and I'd been overcompensating,
and consequently not firming them. I think I'm going to find the
happy balance there of how to stabilize without locking them.
Also, the chanting was phenomenal to me. The best way I can describe
the response was that it set a vibration and calm that I carried
throughout the practice - even during times when I'd normally
be asking, "..when are we getting out of this pose!?"
Instead, I felt a deepening the longer we stayed and the more
challenged I felt physically.
Awesome. Makes me want to explore it further.
Please share my thanks again to Arun ... Having him there in the
flesh just crystallized his messages.
Namaste,
Taisha
